How do I choose the right bedding material?

Start with what you want your bedding to do for you. Choose cotton for breathable everyday comfort, TENCEL™/lyocell for a silky-soft drape, Cotenrra for breathable smoothness with better snag resistance, cooling fabric if you sleep warm, and plush fabrics if you want extra warmth and coziness.

What is the difference between cotton, TENCEL™, nylon-spandex cooling fabric, and polyester fiber?

Each material has a different feel and performance. Cotton feels natural, soft, and breathable. TENCEL™ feels smoother, silkier, and more fluid. Nylon-spandex cooling fabric feels sleek, stretchy, and cool to the touch. Polyester fiber is lightweight, durable, easy to care for, and resistant to shrinking and wrinkling.

How should I care for my bedding?

What’s included in each bedding set?

Each set includes the items listed on its product page, so please check the “Size Guide” section before ordering.

What is the difference between a sheet set and a bedding set?

A sheet set usually includes a fitted sheet and pillowcases, while a bedding set may include a duvet cover, quilt, comforter, or other core bedding pieces. Exact items may vary, so please refer to each product page for details.

Will the color and size be exactly the same as shown online?

Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the way the product is photographed. Sizes are listed on each product page, but slight measurement differences may occur due to fabric, stitching, and finishing. We do our best to keep product photos and measurements as accurate as possible.

Are your bedding materials safe for everyday use?

Our bedding is made for everyday skin contact and is crafted without fluorescent agents or harmful chemical additives.

Which bedding is best for hot sleepers?

Hot sleepers may prefer our cooling fitted sheets, TENCEL™ bedding, or lightweight summer quilts for a fresher sleep feel.

Does cooling bedding stay cool all night?

Cooling bedding is designed to feel cool to the touch and help reduce heat buildup, but it will not stay ice-cold all night. The cooling feel may soften as the fabric adjusts to your body temperature, and your experience can also depend on room temperature, humidity, and personal sleep habits. The goal is to keep the surface feeling smoother, fresher, and less hot or sticky through the night.

Does pet hair stick to your cooling fitted sheet or quilt?

Pet hair is less likely to cling to the smooth cooling fabric compared with fuzzy or high-texture bedding. Most loose hair stays closer to the surface, so it is easier to remove with a lint roller or regular cleaning.

Shopping & Orders

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at [lullabuycare@gmail.com](mailto:lullabuycare@gmail.com) with your order number, and we’ll provide the return instructions and label details. Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will usually be processed within one week if the item is in acceptable condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number yet, your order has not shipped and you may still be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us at lullabuycare@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help. Once a shipping confirmation or tracking number has been issued, we can no longer change the shipping address or order details, but we can help with an exchange after delivery. Any payment or processing fees may vary by bank or payment provider.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3–10 business days after your order is processed.

Do you offer price adjustments?

If the price drops within 7 days of delivery, please email us at lullabuycare@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll review your request and help with a price adjustment if eligible.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we support exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or material, please contact us at lullabuycare@gmail.com with your order number. Once the original item is returned to our warehouse, we can ship the replacement item to you. You may also place a new order first, and we’ll process a refund for the original item once it is returned and inspected.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

We currently offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is currently unavailable.
