We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will usually be processed within one week if the item is in acceptable condition.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number yet, your order has not shipped and you may still be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us at (lullabuycare@gmail.com) as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help. Once a shipping confirmation or tracking number has been issued, we can no longer change the shipping address or order details, but we can help with an exchange after delivery. Any payment or processing fees may vary by bank or payment provider.

Yes, we support exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or material, please contact us at lullabuycare@gmail.com with your order number. Once the original item is returned to our warehouse, we can ship the replacement item to you. You may also place a new order first, and we’ll process a refund for the original item once it is returned and inspected.
