Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for items purchased on our site within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in original packaging. Items must be free of stains and damage.
To start the return, please contact us at email@example.com. Return shipping fees from U.S and Canada covered by LULLABUY. After your return has been reviewed by our Customer Experience Team, a return shipping label will be sent to you by email.
After your return is received, you'll be refunded automatically to the original method of payment. Refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. In some cases, it may take up to 5-15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please inform us. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the new item is processed. If exchange for items of lower value, the price difference will be refunded. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find the best solution for you.
Orders placed after July 14, 2023 shall comply with and implement the aforementioned policy.
For successfully paid online orders:
Please be advised that once an online order is placed, the order could not be canceled. If a customers would like to cancel an order due to selecting the wrong item / payment / shipping option, the order would be subjective to a 3% cancelation fee.
