Teddy Dreams Bedding Set

I placed two separate orders from Lullabuy, it’s now been over a month — and I haven’t received either of them. I reached out through multiple channels (WeChat, Xiaohongshu), but there was no clear response. Eventually, someone on WeChat promised a replacement would be shipped — yet I never received a tracking number, nor any further updates.
I genuinely wanted to support this brand, but the lack of delivery, poor communication, and unreliable after-sales service have been incredibly frustrating. Spending this much money and getting zero product in return is simply unacceptable. I hope the company can improve its logistics and follow through on customer support promises. Until then, it seems my bedsheets are enjoying a vacation somewhere I’m not invited.
